All students 7-12 participating in an athletic activity are required by the MSHSL to complete the following before they are allowed to practice or participate in events.

1. Complete online registration
2. Current physical on file – Physicals are valid for 3 years
3. Impact Testing (Concussions) – Impact testing are valid for 2 years
4. Pay Participation fee
